•SHAKER MUSTAFA is a Certified Professional Executive Master Coach Manager (CAM. UK), Certified Business Coach, Consultant and Trainer for Shaker Sdn. Bhd.

• An entrepreneur at heart, SHAKER working experience started at Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad (BBMB) since 1971 for six years where he involved in operational planning and financial system. He displayed writing skills when he wrote for the bank’s Journal.

• In 1980, he joined MARA to further enhance his passion in business development, marketing and entrepreneurial activities as District Officer and Development Officer in Kedah Darul Aman. When he moved to Kedah State Development Authority in 1985, he expanded his scope of contribution in the Corporate Planning Division and Investment Management Division. It was at this period he gained various expertise in corporate planning and strategy, business analysis, business turnarounds, project management and human resource strategy.

• After seventeen years service in government sector, SHAKER moved to the private sector where he holds Directorship position in several companies from 1988 to 1992. Later, he became full-fledged consultant with MARA, Ministry of Entrepreneurs Development and co-worked with Entrepreneurs Development Institute (E.D.I).

• Sijil Penghargaan dari kerajaan Malaysia for the development of curriculum structure for Certificate in Enterpreneur and certificate for Adult Literacy and Numeracy (ALN)

• Appointed as an Advisor to the founder of E.D.I. (Dr. Abdul Aziz Azimullah) in 2002. While in E.D.I. he was the initiator of Cambridge International College (CIC), U.K. Programs for the whole of Malaysia. Also as the founder of External Course Division while working with Strategy College (formerly known as E.D.I). He has his expertise in company turnaround through advisory capacity, individual & team coaching and training programs in the areas of marketing, business management, leadership & human resource development.

• SHAKER holds Diploma in Business Studies (1980), Advanced Diploma in Business Studies – Marketing (1985) which was recognized as honors degree (in marketing), and Advanced Diploma in Comparative Management Study (IPI) ABIM, he also graduated from Cambridge International College (CIC), U.K. having Master in Business Administration (Highest Award). He’s also a fellow for FInstPM (Fellow Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA), London, United Kingdom).

• He is also members of Institute of Marketing (Malaysia), Institute of Marketing (London), Entrepreneurs Institute (Malaysia) and member of Malaysia Entrepreneurs Club. He has also been awarded a Gold Plated as an Outstanding Performer by Asian Institute of Management (Manila, Philipines). Currently, he is pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with American University of Akamai.

• A Certified Trainer for PSMB And Certified Trainer for Coaching

• Recently, he managed to secure a project with a local book publisher as a panel writer for his coaching and mentoring book series. The contents is designed to be widely used for the purpose of consultation, entrepreneurship, tertiary education, training and motivation.
